Fresh-product guarantee and refunds

Microgreens, wheatgrass, and refrigerated Smart Spread are perishable, so we cannot accept physical returns. If an order is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Include your order number and a photo when possible. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.

Local pickup and delivery

Free local delivery is available on qualifying orders of $20 or more within our 12-mile delivery area around Huntley. Checkout confirms address eligibility. Local pickup is available when shown at checkout.

We strive to harvest within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Because products are grown to order, certain varieties may require up to two weeks. Wednesday at noon is the weekly cutoff. Subscription renewals process Thursday for the following week’s harvest and delivery. Orders placed after the cutoff begin the next available growing cycle unless we contact you with an earlier option.

Subscriptions

Your first subscription order is charged when you subscribe. Future renewals process on Thursdays at the weekly or every-other-week frequency selected. You may change, skip, pause, or cancel by Wednesday at noon through your customer account or by contacting us. Changes received after the cutoff may apply to the next cycle because planting may already have begun.

Food handling and allergens

Wash microgreens before use. Promptly refrigerate products marked “Keep Refrigerated.” Smart Spread contains milk and tree nuts (pistachios). Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information and deciding whether a product is appropriate for them.

General terms

Availability, appearance, and timing may vary because our products are living, seasonal, and grown to order. We may contact you about substitutions or fulfillment changes. Prices and offerings may change without notice, but a change will not alter an accepted order unless we contact you and receive your approval.
