Freshness promise

Our microgreens and Smart Spread are perishable foods prepared for freshness. Please refrigerate them promptly and inspect your order when it arrives.

Quality problems or incorrect orders

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet our freshness standards, contact us within 24 hours at (815) 201-2797 or info@selvaggiosmartfarms.com. Include your order information and, when possible, a photo. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Returns and cancellations

For food-safety reasons, perishable products cannot be returned. Please request subscription changes, skips, or cancellations before the order is harvested or prepared. Once an order has been harvested, prepared, or sent out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
